Delta LG Chair Clarifies Military Presence Was Not Invasion in Community

There has been no military invasion in the Okpare-Olomu community in Delta State, according to Dr. Lucky Avweromre, Chairman of Ughelli South Local Government Area. Military personnel were deployed to the area three days ago, but it was not an invasion.

In a clarification, Ughelli South Local Government Chairman Dr. Lucky Avweromre has stated that the reported military presence in Okpare-Olomu community was not an invasion. The incident occurred three days ago and has since been resolved. According to Dr. Avweromre, there was no military invasion in the Delta community.
