Native Dr Chukwuma Ezeruonye, the Supreme Leader of the Traditional Practitioners Association of Nigeria, has emphasized that Nigeria's current economic struggles can be attributed to the country's disconnection from its traditional roots. According to him, the decline in fortunes is a result of neglecting age-old practices and worshipping modern institutions instead. This stance highlights the importance of reviving traditional worship and reemphasizing cultural heritage as a means to revive national prosperity.
