Bishop Ronald Hicks Installed as Archbishop of New York at Historic St. Patrick's Cathedral

Archbishop Ronald Hicks was formally installed as the new Archbishop of New York at St. Patrick's Cathedral in New York City, replacing Cardinal Timothy Dolan following his retirement.
