Carjacking Victim Arrested After Shooting Boy Breaking Into His Car During Atlanta Confrontation

An Atlanta carjacking victim was arrested after allegedly shooting a boy who was breaking into his car during an altercation in Atlanta, officials reported. Police responded to a 3 a.m. shot call and found a person injured, which turned out to be the carjacking victim. The suspect, identified as a juvenile male, was taken into custody by police.
