Former DACA Recipient Arrested, Tries Balcony Jump During Chicago ICE Apprehension

A former Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipient with a violent criminal past was arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents in Chicago.
