Janelle Stelson, a longtime news anchor and former NBC affiliate anchor, has won the Democratic primary in Pennsylvania's 4th Congressional District, defeating Dauphin County Commissioner Justin Douglas. The district is considered one of the most endangered Republican-held seats nationwide. Stelson will now face off against incumbent Republican Rep. Dan Meuser in November's general election.
