A US advocate has shared details of the physical and psychological torment endured by wrongly detained Marine veteran Robert Gilman while in a Russian prison. Kieran Ramsey, chief investigative officer for Global Reach, described Gilman's experience as horrific. Five remaining American hostages are still being held captive.
