Mexican National Indicted for Allegedly Grabbing Gun from Dallas School Police Officer

A Mexican national accused of grabbing a Dallas school police officer's gun and shooting him after being helped by the officer has been indicted on a federal firearms charge, prosecutors announced. The suspect allegedly grabbed the officer's firearm and shot him in the femoral artery while the officer was trying to assist him. The incident occurred when the officer stopped to help the victim who appeared to be experiencing health issues.
