Millions of Newborns Get Special Birthday Cards to Celebrate America's 250th Anniversary

Millions of newborn babies born during America's 250th anniversary celebration will receive special commemorative Social Security cards celebrating the nation's birthday. The new card is the first-of-its-kind to be issued by the Social Security Administration for this occasion. As part of this milestone, millions of babies will receive a unique ID number and card marking this historic year.
