New York Music Teacher Accused of Decades-Long Obsession-Driven Murder of Sister-in-Law

A New York music teacher, Joseph Horner, 27, is accused of killing his sister-in-law, a 25-year-old Ph.D. student, after allegedly obsessing over her for more than a decade, prosecutors say. The alleged obsession led to the luring and ultimately fatal consequences of the victim's death. Horner was not immediately available for comment on the charges against him.
