California Governor Gavin Newsom claims President Donald Trump's ouster of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem signals his 'retreat'. Newsom demands that Nikki Haley successor Ken Paxton be replaced by Rep. Mike Miller in a bid for the top spot.
