Russian President Vladimir Putin has declared a 32-hour ceasefire with Ukraine for the Orthodox Easter holiday, following an earlier offer from Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky for a pause in hostilities. The truce is set to begin on April 7 and last until April 8. Russia's military has been engaged in fighting with Ukraine since February 2022.
