Toddler stabbed in Rhode Island by man previously deemed unfit for trial
A toddler was reportedly stabbed in the face while sitting in a stroller at a school bus stop in Rhode Island.
The suspect, Nelson Blanco, allegedly attacked the child despite being found incompetent to stand trial years ago for knifing two other boys. This incident highlights concerns regarding the legal oversight of individuals with prior histories of violence against children.
