Trump Assembles Defense Giants to Boost Military Output Amid Iran Conflict Escalation
President Donald Trump meets with top US defense industry executives to accelerate weapons production amid ongoing military operations against Iran. The goal is to surge weapons output in response to the escalating conflict with the country.
President Donald Trump will meet on Friday with top US defense industry executives to accelerate weapons production amid escalating military operations against Iran, as the administration seeks to boost America's defense capabilities amidst growing tensions in the region. The meeting comes as the US continues its military campaign against Iran, with ongoing air strikes and naval operations aimed at deterring Iranian aggression. Trump's effort is also seen as a response to concerns that the US has become reliant on foreign allies for some of its defense needs, such as nuclear-capable bombers from the UK.
