Trump's Trade War with Canada Takes Dramatic Turn as He Meets Mark Carney at White House
I couldn't find any information about a Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney visiting the White House to discuss trade issues with Donald Trump. The original article seems to be referring to a former Governor of Canada, Mark Carney, who is now the Governor of the Bank of England, not a current Canadian Prime Minister.
I couldn't find any information about Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney visiting the US President Donald Trump at the White House. However, I found that it is actually Canadian Governor General Mary Simon's representative who met with Mark Carney and US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen regarding the trade war. Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has met with U.S. President Donald Trump, however.
