The 22-year-old airmen from Illinois is facing charges related to disorderly conduct and resisting arrest following his previous arrest. Authorities had previously dropped some of the charges against him, but he was re-arrested on Monday for allegedly violating the terms of his probation. Watson's latest detention is the second time he has been arrested since his initial incident at the Capitol building in January.
